Mission Statement
Waypoints provides a variety of residential and support services to children, youth and families. We strive to create an environment of respect and empathy that promotes and challenges individuals to achieve personal growth and the skills necessary to lead healthy and fulfilling lives.
We commit to uphold the following values as we pursue our Mission and Vision:
- Respect - We believe in the inherent good of each individual and that respect is an essential element of positive and productive relationships.
- Learning - We are committed to creating an environment of learning and development that ensures individuals have the opportunity to reach their full potential.
- Teamwork - We value the contributions of each individual and believe in a cooperative and collaborative approach in achieving a common goal.
- Commitment - We believe in sharing an organizational vision that becomes reality as a result of each individuals willingness to put forth the effort to achieve our goals.
Waypoints received an intial three year accreditation for all our Residential Programs and our Family Support Program in 2012.
We recieved another three year accreditation from CARF International in April, 2015.
